🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy – Yakaawa (By S M ASSOCIATES)
Order Cancellation Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped. To request cancellation, please contact Yakaawa customer support at yakaawa.ecom@gmail.com.
Order Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered (if eligible).
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days by S M ASSOCIATES.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, Yakaawa will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Eligibility
Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags intact within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Items such as innerwear, personalized products, and those marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund After Return Pickup
After the returned item is received and inspected, S M ASSOCIATES will initiate the refund within 5–7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact Yakaawa support and we’ll assist you further.
Refund for COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verifying your bank details with our team.
Exchange Policy
Currently, Yakaawa does not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
